Fantastic Stay with Lovely Service!

quiet roomblackout curtainsfun river

I loved my time here! The room was quiet. Even with music from the stage, it was silent. The floor-to-ceiling blackout curtains worked great with a balcony. The lazy river provided tons of fun. Yousef from the reception was helpful and friendly, while Humid from the spa was very kind, always smiling!

The mini-bar selection could be improved. It didn't quite match the high standards set by other aspects of the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near many shops and restaurants. It is close to a promenade, great for exploring local vendors, it has lots of things to see. There is easy access to local attractions.

The staff at the pool bar were friendly. I found the reception staff responsive to requests. Waiters in restaurants were prompt. They attended to our needs quickly. The service overall was excellent.

The heated pool felt very warm. The gym has ample equipment for workouts. I enjoyed the spa. It offers a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel maintains well-manicured gardens. They enhance the resort's appeal.
