Deluxe Suites offer separate living rooms with sea views across the Red Sea, approximately 142 square meters in size with a balcony or terrace. The Presidential Suite spans approximately 700 square meters, extendable to 850 square meters, offering sea views. All rooms feature air conditioning, soundproof walls, a minibar, and tea/coffee making facilities. Connecting rooms are available. Select suites include a couple's Jacuzzi, a sauna, and a furnished terrace with a sunbed.

The hotel's main restaurant offers international cuisine from breakfast to lunch to themed dinner buffets, such as Oriental, Italian, and Asian. Guests can also enjoy many different types of noodles where every strand of noodles is home-made and smothered with a diverse variety of sauces, vegetables, seafood, meat, or chicken. S-square, located at ALDAU Art Promenade, provides Asian dishes and live-cooking shows. The American-inspired Elements Club & Lounge on the ALDAU Art Promenade offers after-hour dining.
