The hotel reuses treated sewage water for irrigating plants, and this sometimes caused an unpleasant odor.

Momen Rady in the lobby assisted us throughout our stay. He was always happy and pleased to help, consistently serving drinks. I appreciated his dedication to. Mariam al middy, the guest relations representative, was professional. She was helpful. Mohamed Barakat assisted us in every way possible, showing true hospitality. I extend my special thanks to him and the team.

I noticed that the pools were not clean. I found cigarette ends in the water and the tiles looked dirty.

amazing roomfriendly staff

I found the staff very friendly and helpful! ahmed mahgoub especially were pretty good too ensure my anniversary celebration was amazing. everything from start to finish was great. The location was great. the room was amazing, and the staff were always friendly and helpful!
