The location had heated pools and a beautiful room. Ahmed our housekeeper. The suites guests have exclusive use of a restaurant with a bar attached.
The alcohol quality was very poor maybe a way to deter customers to order more drinks this defeats the point of being all-inclusive. Most staff cannot communicate much in English this was very challenging. Different staff got hold of my personal mobile number and were sending me WhatsApp messages I never consented to my phone number being used by them.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. the staff ensured everything was super clean daily. there were plenty of activities available. I enjoyed water sports. the dining options were varied, and the staff were always friendly.
the provided drinks were poor quality. i wish fresh juices were part of the all-inclusive deal. i wanted quality drinks available at all times

my room was close to reception. this made reaching places easier. the food at basilico, mumm, burger and munchery was tasty. i think ahmed at the beach bar is a great bartender.
