amazing stay!!!

lovely grounds clean pools friendly gardeners

I enjoyed my stay of 4 nights there. the grounds were lovely. I found them very well maintained and super clean. i saw cleaners and gardeners everywhere. They were working at all hours. i also want to mention that the pools were very clean. They were mostly heated, which i really enjoyed.

i noticed that some questions directed to the reception staff were met with a negative response. i felt a bit embarrassed to ask to change rooms after hearing that.

The hotel service was perfect, and the staff members always showed respect. This created a cute atmosphere. the really good service and attentiveness from the staff significantly enhanced my stay. They catered to all my needs. i felt well taken care of.

The family suite was spacious and clean. It provided ample space for my family. new towels and water were provided daily. This kept the room fresh and comfortable. the room had everything i needed .

the pillows are the fluffiest i've ever felt. it was like sleeping on a cloud. the rooms were super clean and the service was friendly and helpful. the resort grounds are beautifully maintained and the beach access is perfect.

sandy beach nice staff varied food cold pools windy weather poor service

the beach was sandy. i enjoyd swimming. my room was near the beach. the staff was kind. the restaurants had variety foods.

the pools weren't all heated. this was a little disappointing for me. it was very windy. i didn't saw many drink services near the pools. they didn't gave much attention to guest who aren't from europe.

The staff was so polite and helpful. the food was amazing!!! i especially liked the a la carte restaurants. The italian one was super. cocktails were made with good quality juice too.
