i appreciated the attentive service from the staff! the food was also good and had variety. the room cleaning service on my floor was amazing, they did everything so professionally!
The gym was small. It didn't have many options. some areas needed better accessibility. There were too many steps without ramps.

the location was central to needed services which was acceptable.
The room felt dated with some broken fixtures. It hardly screamed luxury i had hoped for. also housekeeping was inconsistent. Some days things were super clean other days basic tasks seemed missed. it seemed like a lottery regarding cleanliness.

i loved how friendly and helpful the staff were the animation programs had motivated staff plus they are very diverse i found the rooms well equipped and clean i saw the whole hotel kept clean i reminded me of i was with family and every reasonable wish was fulfilled the food continues to improve i saw snorkelling was available i enjoyed the friendly atmosphere
the beach access isn't good and there are quite a few elderly european guests i felt the evening shows were only ok with young girls dancing a lot and i found the arabic lessons to be pretty basic

i saw that the rooms are equipped with modern amenities and kept impeccably clean they feature comfortable bedding and spacious layouts the beautiful room sea view offered a fine view of the sea. Housekeeping maintains a high standard of cleanliness throughout the stay.

Superior rooms are newly renovated and feature an updated design. They are located on the 6th and 7th floors, while standard rooms, though similarly sized, are in an older style and on lower floors.
