good food friendly staff main pool frozen water
i stayed in a beautiful room sea view. the food was very good, especially the BBQ. the staff was attentive.
the main pool is ONLY for people 16 years old and up. the ice cream tasted like frozen water, it was really BAD.

our stay included family access as the hotel provided linked rooms for us all. the cleanliness was amazing, and the staff were helpful, especially at reception and concierge. delicious and varied food choices were available for both breakfast and dinner.
The minibar had only soft drinks and water. Alcoholic beverages were not included. I wish there were alcoholic options in the minibar.

the hotel had direct beach access, providing convenient snorkeling spots near the coral reefs. several swimming pools were available for all guests. sunbathing was excellent given the good location.

our family room sea view was spacious and well kept, offering two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. fresh towels were provided daily! the beds were comfortable.

the main restaurant offered a very large buffet! it had choices for everyone! leaving hungry was impossible. the hotel had three restaurants in total, great.

i stayed in a lovely, large room. it had a partial sea view. i enjoyed the three restaurants and multiple bars. i found tons of activities available, including pools and entertainment. diving was accessible by the sea. i felt it was good, whether by the pool or looking out to sea.
Half of the elevators were not working. It was disappointing

the hotel had two main pools and one jacuzzi pool outdoors at the spa center. i saw the main pool with a bar was very convenient, with access to both the pool and the sea, perfect for adults.

The hotel provided direct access to the reef. I snorkeled from two piers. I found that there were marked safety measures. i could see several species while snorkeling near the hotel.
