some issues noted
great staffcold fooduninterested manager
the staff were great. they always did their best.
the food was often cold. the beef wellington was not fillet. it was tough. the new manager did not seem interested in complaints (i thought he should listen to the guest concerns).

mixed feelings about the stay
lovely beachbland foodpushy salespeople
the beach was lovely and clean. i liked that it was easy to get to from the hotel.
Sadly, the food wasn't great. everything tasted pretty bland and my stomach felt off the whole time. also, the salespeople for massages were way too pushy. I didn't appreciate the constant hard sell during my holiday.

The cleaning team was excellent. They maintained the hotel immaculately. the pool bar staff provided attentive service, often bringing refreshments every 20 minutes. food at all restaurants was good, and i especially enjoyed the themed restaurants. our room was spacious and cleaned every day, a feature i found particularly pleasing.
The evening entertainment concluded quite early. An adult-only venue might extend these later.

The hotel is situated near the old town, offering easy access to local shops and a beautiful mosque. A short walk places you in the heart of the action. the nearby beach is accessible and enjoyable, but i thought its proximity to boats diminished its charm.

I was impressed with the prompt service. Staff always provided drinks quickly. The lifeguard helped reposition the parasol. The staff also mopped around me after I got out of the pool. The comfortable sun lounger mattresses stood out. I appreciated the immaculate cleanliness, EVEN the person scaring crows from the restaurant. I will be back.
I found tripadvisor was blocked on the hotel wifi. I fear this was to stop negative reviews. The hotel closely monitors facebook, so be careful what you post.

The beach is accessible within minutes from any room. It is convenient. The nearby ATM is helpful, and security assists with its use. I appreciated the easy access to the town for evening walks.

My room was large, AND it included a balcony. I had a nice view that overlooked the pool and the sea. I noticed that they maintained the room very clean. The air conditioning was effective.

The hotel offered a free boat trip to the coral reef. I found this great. The pool bar team provided quality service and drinks. I will remember the amazing quality of all drinks and cocktails at the pool and lobby bars.
