clean accommodationlovely gesture
i found the accommodation very clean and of good quality. the grounds are well maintained and beautiful to walk through. olga, who serviced my room, even left roses for my husband's birthday, which i thought was a lovely gesture.

the reception staff answered all our queries promptly and were helpful. the bar staff were always ready with a smile and a friendly word. the room service was efficient and discreet.

the hotel is near three villages. those villages have a multitude of places for eating, shopping, and drinking. the setting offers views of both the sea and the mountains. this provides a amazing scenic experience.

there are three distinct swimming pools, each catering to different preferences. the hotel spa provided excellent massages and facial treatments. there are weighing scales available at reception for suitcases, which proved very useful.

our room included air conditioning and a safe. i found the staff to be very helpful and friendly! the grounds are maintained well and look pretty. the hotel provides suitcase weighing scales in reception. it was very reassuring.
the gym had limited equipment, and i thought it could use a bit of an upgrade, though it was functional.

The hotel is near several villages with many restaurants and shops. Made it convenient. there were some hills around, which could be challenging, though i considered the walk back from the village last thing at night.

the rooms were clean, and fresh towels and sheets were provided every two days, this was nice. the air conditioning worked very well, though our terrace lacked a view. the sitting area outside was also handy.

I was somewhat let down. I had heard so much praise before my visit. the cleanliness wasn't great. I found some rust around the bathroom tap. my 'superior studio' wasn't as bright as it looked online, a little dark. also, the room was halfway up the hill. I asked for a lower room, but that request went unmet, quite inconvenient.
