cute staff excellent buffet comfortable room dated rooms poor cleaning high price
The staff was very cute. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection. The room was comfortable (i slept really well) and the buffet for dinner was excellent as well.
The hotel rooms are very dated. I think my sister got a room not fit for anyone (she paid almost double as she was on her own). Her room was not cleaned properly and the towels were not changed. This ruined her holiday.

The room furniture seemed outdated. The air conditioning was not very effective. I found the staff in the restaurant quite unfriendly.

sunbed shortage bottled water
i was really annoyed by the pool situation. people were reserving sunbeds before 7 am! there just weren't enough for everyone, it made relaxing by the pool impossible. also, i found it ridiculous that bottled water wasn't included in the all-inclusive package. i had to pay extra for water, even though i wasn't drinking alcohol. it was like they were just trying to nickel and dime guests.

solid stay with great views
pool variety friendly staff great views convenient shower
the pools were a highlight with three options available it allowed for variety and space. staff at reception were friendly and always willing to help with questions. the room offered views i would book again i had both sea and mountain views. i appreciated the shower room available after checkout i had a late flight and this was very convenient.
the hotel location on a steep hill made getting around somewhat difficult lots of steps are involved.

the restaurant offered a varied buffet i always found something satisfying. the food presentation was good and the staff maintained a clean environment. there were themed nights i enjoyed that added variety to the menu.

the hotel staff were attentive and responsive they addressed requests promptly and efficiently. i found the reception team particularly helpful with local information. the buggy service throughout the resort was also efficient and reliable i appreciated it.

the hotel is located a short distance from the town center i reached it within ten minutes. there were two beaches nearby a pebble beach and a sandy beach. this provided options for swimming and sunbathing i liked that.

Excellent stay with minor hiccup
fantastic spot diverse breakfast quick resolution professional therapist
The hotel sits in a fantastic spot. It offers views of the sea. Breakfast was diverse with many choices. I booked a massage at the spa. The spa manager Daniela quickly resolved an issue with my massage. Evi was my professional therapist for a rescheduled massage. I recommend this hotel as everything is superlative.
The room was small. It was very dated though clean. The shower cubicle was the world's smallest. I found no storage space for toiletries in the bathroom.

The spa staff are skilled, offering attentive service. Daniela and Evi provided excellent care. Front desk staff ensures requests are handled, with particular thanks to Anna for her help. Mariella at the beach was hilarious.

The hotel is situated on a hill, it provides elevator and car services for easy movement. Two beaches are nearby, a stony beach is a two-minute walk. A sandy beach is just five minutes away, near the city center.

The breakfast buffet has a decent selection of meals and drinks, and is fresh. The restaurant offers a variety of foods, with a big choice of meals. The restaurant manager is cute. The waiters are friendly and helpful, but sometimes can be very busy.

The hotel features multiple pools . Elevators provide easy access throughout the hotel. There is a gym for exercise. There is also table tennis available, and a playground for children, though some may consider it worn.
