Really good Service And Great Facilities

Kareem's welcome was warm and his assistance was invaluable throughout my stay. The hotel is very clean. It had everything i needed, like water bottles and towels. Refills of water and fresh towels happened daily. The animation team was friendly, and i appreciated the range of activities available (especially the yoga!).

The receptionist was difficult at check-out. He did not want to accept egyptian pounds for payment.
