Every staff member I encountered was willing to help. They always offered a genuine smile. My room had clean, nice linens and a good shower. The rooftop restaurant served excellent lamb chops. The Italian restaurant provided delicious food.

The room temperature was ideal, and the views were awesome! The breakfast area was bright. Piano music during breakfast was a real plus. The room was very clean. The bedding was amazingly comfortable, I slept like a baby!
The location is on a hill, you need a taxi to go everywhere. It took me 30 minutes to get taxis, because of chaotic traffic! The Uber app can't find drivers. It can be a real hassle.

The staff was unbelievably attentive and ensured all needs were met. The restaurants on the hotel are excellent. I especially liked the access to the lounge with a fantastic view , and nothing was too much trouble for the staff there.
