The location is convenient for accessing main attractions. Gamze and Arda provided fantastic service at breakfast. The food was delicious (especially the variety of fresh fruit). I appreciated their attentiveness and how they remembered my preferences each morning.

The pool was quite cold. I expected a warmer temperature considering this is a 5-star hotel. It limited my ability to fully enjoy the pool area .

The staff was polite and helpful. They always went an extra yard to fulfill my requests (including finding adapters and extra towels). I noted they maintained a consistently positive attitude with a cute environment throughout the hotel.

the gym facilities has all machines you could need. the staff is attentive. breakfast included many options and fresh orange juice. i found the location convenient, near taksim square and other attractions.

the room i booked felt somewhat dated. lifts also looked old.

The location near the metro entrance was convenient for accessing the tram and tourist areas.

During check-in, I paid a deposit FOR. the minibar. After checking out, they said the deposit would automatically be returned to the card, but it never was. I emailed them, and they replied that it should be returned automatically, but they offered no further assistance.

I found the staff very attentive. the room had a comfortable king bed and quality linens. breakfast featured a wide variety of fresh options. the outdoor pool provided a relaxing space with plenty of seating. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and prompt service from the pool staff.

the elevators seemed a bit slow at peak times, but it wasn't a major issue.

The hotel has a well-equipped gym. It includes a yoga studio with newer mats. The outdoor pool is AMAZING!!! It offers ample seating and provides a peaceful oasis.

I found one of the EU-Stecker sockets in my room was not working.
