high security helpful concierge great smell
The hotel provided high security. Guests can access only their specific floor. The concierge was always helpful and friendly. The room included superior Hyatt products, they smelled great.
The fan in the bathroom did not work, and the room got steamy after showers.

bike rentals harbor cruise dated rooms basic bathroom
The location was very walkable to most popular spots. i also loved the perks. Bike rentals and harbor cruise tickets were included. nice pool and gym were available.
the hotel rooms felt a little dated. bathrooms were basic for the price.

room service letdown and aged rooms
cracked sink disintegrating sofa
room service was a letdown. i ordered a burger, cake, and water. it came in a paper bag with plastic containers, no condiments, and no cutlery. it cost around $70! the room itself showed its age. it had a cracked sink and a disintegrating sofa.

harbor side breakfast buffet
our room had a harbor side view i enjoyed. the breakfast buffet included great service from the staff and good food.
the elevators are not very commonly seen yet it was a little weird.
