mixed feelings about this stay
decent locationannoying towel card systemroom cleanliness
the location was decent. it was not too far from the airport.
The food was just okay. The taste was repetitive, and i even had to eat outside. my biggest frustration was with the towel card system. Keeping track of towel cards is so annoying, especially when you are moving between the beach and the aquapark. also, the room cleanliness left much to be desired.

The resort grounds are expansive. The staff always kept toiletries refilled, a very welcome touch. I appreciated the four diverse restaurants and the abundance of well-prepared food. Friendly staff members were consistently helpful .
The gym was small and had outdated equipment, very dissappointing to me.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, a nice touch. The room was cleaned daily and it was always super clean. I found the room spacious, providing plenty of room for luggage and relaxation.

There are multiple buffet restaurants, each offering a wide selection of dishes. The beach bar provides a relaxed setting for enjoying snacks and drinks. The food was AMAZING!!! I really enjoyed all the meal options that were available.

Staff members at the reception were particularly helpful with any questions. I observed multiple lifeguards around the pools, ensuring safety. The cleaning staff maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout my visit. I found all of the staff very attentive.

the grounds were spacious. this was definitely a plus.
The food quality really bothered me. the buffet options seemed repetitive. the drinks were not great. The cocktails tasted strongly of cheap alcohol.

my stay included access to multiple pools. i noticed the availability of several shallow children's pools. the hotel features lifeguards, and i observed them to be attentive (which i always appreciate).
i found that the hot water wasn't always reliably hot, especially in the mornings.
