i wasn't impressed by the food it seemed the same every day lunch and dinner while i found something to eat i would have liked more variety the drinks were also disappointing spirits mixed with juices often without ice the wine wasn't to my taste either it made it hard to enjoy a relaxing evening without these issues.

the room cleaning service was acceptable. the room attendant performed their duties adequately each day.

The food quality was a concern. most dishes lacked flavor. My expectations were not met. i experienced food poisoning on my second day. This confined me to my room for two days with severe symptoms. i suggest the hotel improve its hygiene standards across all food preparation areas.

the staff, pools, and aqua park were great. i found a huge variety of cuisines available to meet all tastes. although it was a long walk to the sea, the corals were great this made it worth the walk.

the alcohols served were not of good quality. all alcohols were the same brand which nobody knows. the sea was windy throughout the day this meant i could only enter between 3:00pm to 4:00 pm.

the rooms are amazing. the cleaning team ensured my water was always refilled and surprised me with towel art. the staff at the restaurant was quick and helpful, both cooking and cleaning. the access to the beach is an addition, the coral reef at the end of the jetty is beautiful.

the mocktails and caramel coffees were no longer available. the cocktails are nicer when i stayed last year.
