fantastic stay!
amazing staffclean roomgood food
all staff were super. the room was very clean plus wael, our cleaner, was very friendly and always happy to help. the egyptian and asian restaurants served really good food. mohamed, our waiter, always tried hard. he worked in the adults-only restaurant!
i think they could change the music around the pools more often, as it played the same songs repeatedly.

the resort has several large pools available to guests, also a long sandy beach is present. there are many sunbeds available. direct access to the sea exists.

the staff is attentive to specific dietary requests because of food intolerances. amr showed genuine kindness to make the holiday more comfortable. a surprise birthday cake was delivered as a nice touch.

immaculate resortpristine conditionamazing snorkelingwater absence
my beloved and i enjoyed the immaculate resort grounds. the garden staff maintains it in pristine condition. the room was spacious. it had effective air-conditioning and kept everything very clean. i loved the amazing snorkeling right off the pier!!!
the absence of readily available bottled water at the bars bothered me. i had to return to the room to get water. this inconvenience tarnished my otherwise good experience. i hope management improves this soon.

friendly staffevening entertainment
maysoon at the restaurant door always welcomed us. she remembered my daughter's name. gayed, also in the restaurant, looked after us for two weeks. entertainment included a pool party every wednesday plus a beach party every other day. if those weren't my thing, there was singing in the other bar most nights.
one guest didn't join queues for food or at the bar, and they pushed in.

Checkout went smooth. Staff members were present and helpful.
The gym equipment was somewhat disappointing. Many machines were out of service. The treadmill's screen did not work, and some weights were missing from the rack. I could not complete my workout as planned.

FANTASTIC experience!
daily activitiesimmaculate groundsfood varietylively entertainment
The animation team kept everyone entertained with daily activities. The hotel grounds were immaculate, the gardeners clearly take great pride in their work. I found the variety of food at the main restaurant MORE than adequate. The evening entertainment was lively, and there was always something to do.
The only slight issue I encountered was occasional SLOW service at the beach bar during peak hours.

The room included a comfortable king-size bed and a seating area. The bathroom featured two sinks with a great walk-in shower. A HUGE balcony overlooked the gardens, it was perfect for enjoying morning coffee.

The hotel featured three large swimming pools and a water park, offering fun for EVERYONE. The gym was well-equipped with modern machines and free weights. There were also multiple restaurants and bars, giving guests many options.

the staff was friendly, every detail showed care. heated pools was clean, it provides comfort. beach during sunrise is great. i appreciate the hard work of the whole team to kept everything very tidy.
the music selection by the pool become repetitive after few days. i suggest to include more variety, this is just a minor suggestion to help improve the entertainment.

The room it was a jaz mirabel beach superior queen bed garden view, and the cleaning service kept it tidy every day. i also appreciate the multiple pools available. I found one that was not crowded.
