FANTASTIC experience!

The animation team kept everyone entertained with daily activities. The hotel grounds were immaculate, the gardeners clearly take great pride in their work. I found the variety of food at the main restaurant MORE than adequate. The evening entertainment was lively, and there was always something to do.

The only slight issue I encountered was occasional SLOW service at the beach bar during peak hours.

The room included a comfortable king-size bed and a seating area. The bathroom featured two sinks with a great walk-in shower. A HUGE balcony overlooked the gardens, it was perfect for enjoying morning coffee.

The hotel featured three large swimming pools and a water park, offering fun for EVERYONE. The gym was well-equipped with modern machines and free weights. There were also multiple restaurants and bars, giving guests many options.

the staff was friendly, every detail showed care. heated pools was clean, it provides comfort. beach during sunrise is great. i appreciate the hard work of the whole team to kept everything very tidy.

the music selection by the pool become repetitive after few days. i suggest to include more variety, this is just a minor suggestion to help improve the entertainment.

The room it was a jaz mirabel beach superior queen bed garden view, and the cleaning service kept it tidy every day. i also appreciate the multiple pools available. I found one that was not crowded.
