the food at the buffet was not good. it was frustrating i could not book the a la carte restaurants. luckily, one restaurant took us without a reservation. this kept me from eating at the buffet again.

The hotel had many pool options. And the beach area was well kept. i especially appreciated that it was a lovely place for snorkeling! the room was always restocked well and cleaned to a high standard. It was really good.

The beds are hard. I didn't sleep well! Especially when the wifi is poor. food in the restaurants was average. Not restaurant quality but ok.

I found a very clean room. The team paid close attention to every detail to create excellent customer experience. The resort's diverse food selection included various cultures. The venue was spectator, service couldn't be better.

I found many staff were under educated to be in hospitality or looked grumpy and annoyed which was off putting.

The rooms included soft beds, a couch, and a table. The marble bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room also featured a balcony. It offered a view of the garden and pool area.
