I appreciated the value offered. The live music in the lobby created a vibrant atmosphere. Shops inside the hotel provided good prices and convenience. Maria at the spa provided an really good massage. The hotel staff was always quick and efficient when arranging for an extra bed.
I found that the wash cloths were limited and took some time to be delivered.

the room upgrade to a beautiful front nile view room was beneficial. it allowed for clear views of the surrounding area. the internet connection was consistently excellent. i was able to maintain contact with family.
the breakfast options were somewhat generic. the pastries seemed to lack freshness. i noticed the staff was overwhelmed during peak times in the breakfast area. i frequently saw tables without tea spoons.
