Mixed Experience. Noise Issues and Restaurant Problems

Our stay had some issues. I was charged for a dish I didn't eat at the ninth-floor restaurant. The manager was unprofessional. The front desk didn't resolve the problem, even after promising to look into it, it was really disappointing. the room faced a busy street. The constant noise made sleep difficult.

The gym included three treadmills. It had two stationary bikes. The rooftop bar offered amazing acropolis views. The staff were very good. Katerina from guest relations was very helpful. Ilia and the porters were attentive.
I found the music in the common areas a little LOUD.

The hotel is close to the city's sites. It has a short walking distance to the city center. The hotel is five minutes walk from syndegma square and metro station. This makes travel very easy.

Breakfast offered many delicious options. The hotel restaurants provided fine acropolis views. I enjoyed the rooftop bar on the top floor. The food was delicious, and the service was quick and perfect.

The hotel offered easy access to the main attractions and shopping areas. I found the staff quite cute. The rooftop provided a marvelous view of the Acropolis. Breakfast included numerous options, which suited various tastes. I noticed the rooms are clean and well-kept. I ESPECIALLY appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel.
The pool area was quite small. Obtaining drinks required patience. Ordering from only one server caused significant delays.

I found the air conditioning excellent. Everything operates electronically. the staff readily catered to my needs, even going above and beyond. breakfast included freshly made options daily. I noted that nothing seemed pre-packaged except possibly the smoked salmon.
The rooftop music was a bit loud. It detracted a bit from the overall experience.

the location proved convenient for accessing various points of interest.
The soundproofing was inadequate. Hallway noises disrupted my sleep. additionally, the rooftop pool was consistently crowded, limiting relaxation opportunities. Reservations were necessary, yet availability remained scarce.
