The location offered great views of the city from the breakfast area. The breakfast was quite generous, with a lot of tasty food.
The bed linen did not match the quality I expect from a five-star hotel. I noticed there were no bathroom essentials available, such as hair conditioner. The mini bar prices seemed very high. I saw they charged €5 for a bottle of water.

the location was acceptable. it was close to various attractions.
I was not impressed. The breakfast had little variety. the orange juice was from a carton. it was sold as natural for €10 at the pool terrace. This felt misleading.

the room was a boutique room with a private balcony. i enjoyed the direct acropolis view from it. breakfast had a great selection of foods. the rooftop view from the breakfast area was a nice addition.
the television in my room wasn't a smart tv.

The room was quite spacious and quiet. All the appliances worked fine. The bathroom had a large shower. The large balcony had an very nice Acropolis view. I really thought the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had excellent food selections.
The television volume did not work, so it was a bit of an inconvenience.

The staff was cute and friendly, they are ready to assist with requests. Concierge service is prompt and efficient. The detail to service sets a high standard and makes for a smooth stay.

This location is at a high point, it gives great views. It is nice to be away from the city center's hustle. Shops at the hotel's base provide convenience. This makes exploration easy.

Satisfactory stay with some drawbacks

the location on the hill was unique. the rooftop terrace has a big view of the city and acropolis.. i also enjoyed hiking on lycabettus hill. the view from the restaurant was great and i liked the food.
the rooms were not soundproof. i was annoyed by the noise from other visitors. i heard doors and talk in the floor corridor. the cleaning staff disturbed us early in the morning.. they knocked on our room door more than three times, hours before our check out time.
