a stay of dreams
clean hotel amazing staff superior room
the hotel was so clean and the staff were very nice. a young man at reception upgraded us to a superior room, it reminded me of a dream. mohammed, mamdoh, ahmed bolbol, and ereen in the breakfast room cared for us tenderly. the lounge bar was our favorite, hady, mohmaund, mahmoud el nazer, and owecttena treated us like family. every person went out of their way to.
the minibar in the room did not cool drinks efficiently, making them only slightly chilled, a minor inconvenience.

Really good hospitality by the Nile
art deco clean room lebanese restaurant convenient location
This hotel stands out due to its ART deco architecture. I found my room consistently clean and stylish. Dining at the Lebanese restaurant was a definite highlight (a taste explosion!). The location is convenient for exploring museums and attractions.

Acceptable stay with some drawbacks
clogged sink inconvenient policy
My stay had a few issues. The bathroom was not up to standard I found a clogged sink there. Also the shower door did not close well causing water to spill. These details detracted from the experience I hoped for. I also found that outside food was not allowed and they have a bag scanner at the entrance this was inconvenient.

amazing food saxophone music nile view
the lebanese restaurant offered amazing food. nights showed saxophone music, i watch them from my room balcony. sunset drink overlooking the nile becomes a must.
the front desk customer service was rude.
