The hotel boasts an amazing location that is hard to beat! Staff members were pretty good too, especially at breakfast. Views of the Nile are fine, especially from the Valley of the Kings.
The gym equipment was a bit outdated!

i stayed in a guestroom twin bed. the room decor featured pleasing aesthetics, i noted. housekeeping was prompt and confirmed with us regarding services. the front desk staff proactively extended our checkout time when they learned my flight was late.
the restaurant i visited was positioned facing the pool, but the cheese selection felt limited.

the hotel offered a cool, marble atrium. check-in was smooth and quick. i was escorted to my room, and i did not need to carry my luggage. the grounds were extensive (perfect for a stroll).
i noticed the need to use a qr code to get room service. it was nearly impossible to read. there were no english language channels on the tv. i did not see any alcohol-free beer offered .

Mrs Gihan welcomed me warmly during check-in, and the process went smoothly. I got an upgrade since I am a Diamond member, the room was clean and tidy with a balcony overlooking the River Nile.
Unfortunately the pool was not heated. The water in the beautiful Spa area was freezing, it would have been nice to enjoy it. It is a nice and quiet oasis after visiting the temples, though.

The hotel has a great location on the Nile River. I booked the Nile River felucca trip directly from the hotel. It was convenient. The breakfast was tasty. Mariana and Osama took very good care of us during breakfast, so I appreciated that. Mariana even brought us ice water before our day trip.
My room felt outdated and was quite small. The restroom was compact. Only one person at a time fit, so that was inconvenient. The balcony was also tiny. It was hard to enjoy it.
