the gardens were immaculately kept the plants were lovely. the pool area was amazing. staff in the restaurants were helpful and great.

the room furniture is very outdated it is not properly maintained or cleaned. there were no extra electricity outlets near the bed. the bathroom shower was weak it kept switching to cold water on its own.

the room included bottled water daily it was a superior queen or twin front nile view room. breakfast had many options it was easy to find something to eat. the grounds were well kept there were many plants and tables.

the pool service was slow it took a while to get towels.

charming Nile Stay

I found the location quite convenient, just a short walk to local attractions. The garden provided a peaceful escape. The pool floats on the Nile, a unique and refreshing experience. The hotel also arranged a nice day cruise to dendera on the mv lotus. It was fabulous.

The rooms seemed a little dated for a hotel of this caliber. Some updates are needed.

The room was spacious and clean. It offered a comfortable stay. The bathroom had fresh towels daily and standard toiletries were supplied, convenient. Air conditioning worked very well and maintained a constant pleasant temperature.

the staff members were friendly and efficient and have received excellent training. The breakfast service featured a wide variety of options. the service at the poolside bar was very attentive and responsive to requests and needs. the service was definitely a highlight.
