the hotel location allowed for short walk towards luxor temple. the breakfast selection met expectations. i enjoyed beautiful garden views from the patio during mornings. the pool viewed the nile, with sunset drinks available.

the reception behavior felt not polite. it felt they were not professional. there was a weirdness concerning paying and taking back the ticket.

the gardens were immaculately kept the plants were lovely. the pool area was amazing. staff in the restaurants were helpful and great.

the room furniture is very outdated it is not properly maintained or cleaned. there were no extra electricity outlets near the bed. the bathroom shower was weak it kept switching to cold water on its own.

charming Nile Stay

I found the location quite convenient, just a short walk to local attractions. The garden provided a peaceful escape. The pool floats on the Nile, a unique and refreshing experience. The hotel also arranged a nice day cruise to dendera on the mv lotus. It was fabulous.

The rooms seemed a little dated for a hotel of this caliber. Some updates are needed.

The room was spacious and clean. It offered a comfortable stay. The bathroom had fresh towels daily and standard toiletries were supplied, convenient. Air conditioning worked very well and maintained a constant pleasant temperature.

the staff members were friendly and efficient and have received excellent training. The breakfast service featured a wide variety of options. the service at the poolside bar was very attentive and responsive to requests and needs. the service was definitely a highlight.
