Fantastic stay, great service

The staff was attentive. Koray, Arda, Tolga, Daniyar, and Diana were awesome, always making sure everything was perfect. I loved the free shuttle to Taksim Square. It made getting around super easy. I also enjoyed the sauna in the spa area. It helped me unwind after a busy day.

loud air conditioningmissing amenities

the air conditioning unit in my king guest room was quite loud. it operated constantly. the room's finish felt a bit subpar overall.. furthermore, i found that certain advertised amenities were missing upon arrival, needing extra requests.

The staff were quick to check us into our room when we arrived at 1 am. I appreciated the upgrade they offered (it was a lovely surprise).

The shuttle service to Taksim did not take guests directly to the main square. The stop was several minutes away, forcing guests to walk a considerable distance.
