Really good Hotel Experience

The check-in was efficient thanks to Gurkan. He ensured I was comfortable and well-informed (I really appreciated that). Rasul gave a detailed tour of the hotel. His hospitality and attention to detail. I recommend this hotel for its excellent service and experience.

The food in the restaurant was not good, even after I commented to the manager. The next day, they brought me bad pasta again. It had no salt and no taste. It was really bad. They didn't even put salt or sauce on the tray.

The hotel is on the European side. Using ride-sharing services is cheaper for accessing the main parts of the city, since some taxi drivers inflate prices (it's good to be aware). The area is quiet and the hotel is clean.

I appreciated the hotel staff, they were excellent. the facilities were great. I found everything i needed. the location was also excellent for my travel needs. i was particularly impressed by the cleanliness throughout the hotel and the prompt service i received at all times.

The curtain in the room was too short! it did not block out the light completely. the fridge made noticeable noise though it kept drinks cold. hallway doors slammed loudly. It was disturbing during the night.

The pool was big. Resul provided amazing hospitality. I want to highlight him. The rooms are useful.

The cleanliness in room was poor. I did request for a bottle opener and I had to wait for more than an hour. A staff member said he needed to take it with him.
