fantastic stay with attentive service

i loved the friendly staff especially rim and gamze they were really nice . mr gurkan was supportive he helped us. i must say the reception ms gamze was friendly and polite she helped me.

i noticed the gym and spa had many external guests especially over the weekend it was a bit crowded. maybe they should limit the access for outside visitors on weekends. that would enhance the experience for hotel guests.

I found the staff super helpful. gurkan at reception was very helpful and went out of his way to. I am thanking all the staff.

the curtain in the room was too short to block out the light completely. the fridge made noticeable noise though it did get the drinks cold!

Really good Service and Modern Design

Gurkan ensured my check-in was smooth and efficient. Rasul provided a detailed tour of the facilities. I appreciated his hospitality. Buse, Gamze, and Altay were all lovely and helpful (they even called to see if everything was alright).

The restaurant food and the room service were not satisfactory. The food lacked seasoning, and the pasta was not good. The presentation was also lacking, as they didn't even put salt or sauce on the tray.

The hotel is situated a bit away from the central areas of the city. There are a few stores located nearby for basic needs. Uber is readily available for transport into the city center.

Really good Hotel Experience

efficient check-in detailed tour excellent service

The check-in was efficient thanks to Gurkan. He ensured I was comfortable and well-informed (I really appreciated that). Rasul gave a detailed tour of the hotel. His hospitality and attention to detail. I recommend this hotel for its excellent service and experience.

The food in the restaurant was not good, even after I commented to the manager. The next day, they brought me bad pasta again. It had no salt and no taste. It was really bad. They didn't even put salt or sauce on the tray.

excellent stay!

excellent staff great facilities prompt service

I appreciated the hotel staff, they were excellent. the facilities were great. I found everything i needed. the location was also excellent for my travel needs. i was particularly impressed by the cleanliness throughout the hotel and the prompt service i received at all times.

The curtain in the room was too short! it did not block out the light completely. the fridge made noticeable noise though it kept drinks cold. hallway doors slammed loudly. It was disturbing during the night.

The pool was big. Resul provided amazing hospitality. I want to highlight him. The rooms are useful.

The cleanliness in room was poor. I did request for a bottle opener and I had to wait for more than an hour. A staff member said he needed to take it with him.
