i found the hotel very pleasing. the breakfast included made-to-order flatbreads with spinach prepared by firdevs. i also appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness (taylan was especially good).

decent stay with some issues

inadequate air conditioning cigarette smoke

the room was clean enough initially. however, i found the air conditioning inadequate it didn't cool the room properly. cigarette smoke also entered the room affecting my asthma. staff moved me but the second room had the same heating issue no one fixed it resulting in uncomfortable nights

breakfast buffet fresh gözleme vip lounge modern equipment

the breakfast buffet had many options and fresh gözleme. i found the vip lounge had great views. the pool was also magnificent, but the gym impressed me with its modern equipment.

the location requires taxis to get to central areas, so be prepared for that

glass doors worn furniture

the rooms were spacious and cute.

The bathroom situation wasn't ideal. The glass doors offered little privacy, a real issue when sharing with a colleague. also, the hotel felt a bit dated. the furniture looked worn, and simple amenities like toothbrushes weren't readily available. I had to request them. it seemed like a basic expectation was missed.

dirty rug frustrating suitcase

the room rug looked really dirty and one of the towels had a stain. it was not pleasant to find such poor cleaning in an otherwise decent suite. also, i put my suitcase on the couch to make it easier to unpack and someone moved it without my permission. i found that really frustrating and an invasion of my personal space
