The hotel provided a shuttle service to the nearby metro station. I found the rooftop terrace had comfortable seating and offered panoramic views. The on-site restaurant features both indoor and outdoor dining areas. I enjoyed the outdoor ambiance.

The room was spacious. I appreciated the kind reception staff. The location is quite convenient. I recommend the beautiful room for the best experience. The view was really amazing and the room was big.
The gym equipment could use some updating.

The front desk team is quite hospitable, especially Kseniia, Samet, and Okan. Concierge services are readily available and helpful. Koray and Eren were particularly excellent in their assistance .

great service smooth check-in great attentiveness
i was impressed by the service. kseniia assisted me . she showed great kindness and attentiveness. the reception team, especially mr okan, made my check-in smooth.
the hotel is not perfect location for exploring. there is nothing much around the hotel. i needed a taxi for everything.

the spa features a hamam, a sauna, and a steam room. there are also rest areas for relaxation. a swimming pool is available . the premises are very clean and well kept.

breakfast had a wide selection of warm food options, for example eggs made to order. yogurts, cereals, and beautiful granola were available. juices and yoghurts were provided . the restaurant manager, murat, provided excellent service.

aziz, the concierge, was very nice and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet him. the reception team is professional, caner, kseniia, aziz, can. the cleaning service is quite good and efficient. i was pleased with the overall quality.

helpful staff efficient transport good connectivity safe area
The staff was very helpful , especially Kenan and Serif. They arranged my airport transport efficiently. The bus stop is near the hotel , this provided good connectivity. The area felt safe , i appreciated that a lot.
The minibar was refilled daily , i was charged for it upon checkout.

The breakfast area features a kind staff, Cisma and Murat are examples. Efe makes perfect omelettes. Ozgur and Furkan provided attention to details.

The room was spacious , elegant and decorated well. The room upgrade i received at no cost was a welcome surprise. The hotel offers rooms with sea views located opposite the long promenade.

The staff helped me a lot. i appreciated the front desk team. They were professional. i found the rooms to be spacious. it was super clean.
The hotel location is not ideal. There is nothing around it. taxis are necessary for transport. i noticed the breakfast did not match a 5-star claim. the quality was disappointing.
