the staff was very attentive to my needs. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast it was included. the location was very convenient to nearby attractions i appreciated that.

the room was smaller than i expected i think a larger room would have been more comfortable. the street outside was quite noisy at times it sometimes disrupted my sleep. the refrigerator in the room did not cool drinks effectively i mentioned it but it wasn't fixed.

The staff was super cute. they even upgraded my room to a beautiful double room with a balcony that showed off the sea. i found mr osman, the cat, to be quite the character. He really does act like he owns the place.

The staff were always available and ready to help! I received excellent recommendations for local spots I might not have found otherwise. The breakfast included many options, and everything tasted fresh. I appreciated the convenience of having easy access to public transportation nearby. It made exploring the city simple.

The street noise was slightly noticeable early each morning. Though it didn't bother me too much.
