My experience was somewhat underwhelming. i had an executive room, yet it overlooked a side hedge on the first floor. The room's lighting felt dim. although i paid for three guests, amenities mostly catered to two, and the hand soap ran out on day three even after i informed housekeeping.. furthermore, i paid extra for breakfast only to find the hotel insisted on charging me in turkish lira at a less favorable rate. the breakfast itself was fine, but overall, it didn't meet my expectations.

The location was amazing! i walked easily to istiklal street and the galata tower, it was so convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful. Zara at the front desk left an amazing impression with her attitude. the room was clean and i really appreciated the comfortable bed!

the room was a bit too warm, even after they adjusted the central heating, this did make sleeping a little difficult! i wish each room had its own temperature control.

The staff was very attentive. Fahriye even contacted us to wish us a happy international women's day, that was unexpected. yigit's customer service was really really good, he gave us amazing recommendations for the area! the team goes above and beyond.

Breakfast offered good options. the hamdi restaurant on the rooftop provided a lovely meal. the hotel offers room service. It has good quality and is well priced, such a plus when you are tired and hungry.

The location is perfect. Close to restaurants and shops, it made exploring so easy. it is also easily reachable by public transport, convenient. i had a great view overlooking the city!

I was happy with the breakfast options. There were many choices and the food tasted fresh. My room had a desk and a comfortable chair. I used it for work.

The gym was smaller than I thought. There were only a few machines and limited space. the soundproofing wasn't good. I could hear noise from the street.
