The hotel location is amazing. It is just a short walk from major attractions. The staff was very helpful. They even helped me coordinate with the taxi driver. Breakfast was excellent with many choices.

friendly staff accurate photos turkish delights complimentary tea

the staff was very friendly i received coffee and a food pack for my early departure the photos online accurately reflected the hotel a box of turkish delights and water were available in the room there was complimentary afternoon tea with cakes

the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor this created a slippery condition the shower gel was not refilled during the second day of my stay

the hotel is near popular tourist attractions like hagia sophia it is less than three minutes walking distance to hagia sophia entrance topkapi palace is about the same distance for a short walk.

the rooms are clean and organized the bed was comfortable the furnishings and decor were really good the room included complimentary water bottles that were restocked daily .

inefficient check-in shower leak

The check-in process needs improvement it lacked efficiency. The shower design allows water to leak onto the bathroom floor creating a hazard. I also noticed the shower gel was not replenished on my second day. This oversight was inconvenient.

amazing location helpful staff slippery floor unfilled shower gel

The staff was nice! a special shoutout to taha for his help with taxis and luggage. They were so great about it. the location was also amazing. I loved how close it was to everything.

the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor! it made the floor slippery and unsafe. also, the shower gel wasn't refilled on the second day, frustrating.
