The staff was nice! a special shoutout to taha for his help with taxis and luggage. They were so great about it. the location was also amazing. I loved how close it was to everything.

the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor! it made the floor slippery and unsafe. also, the shower gel wasn't refilled on the second day, frustrating.
