Excellent Experience, Staff and Location Shine

I appreciated the helpful staff throughout my stay. Yagmur in the restaurant ensured my coffee glass was always full each morning. Gonca Karahan greeted me with a smile daily.
The hotel did not inform me that roads are closed to private cars until 18:00 near the hotel. Reaching the parking lot through narrow corridors was not an ideal experience during checkout.

The room was clean and it was comfortable. The rooms also provide practical amenities such as a water heater and complimentary coffee, useful, this enhances the stay for every guest.

i found the breakfast to be fantastic here. the staff guided me to the right directions and the taxi provided by them was very helpful.
the hotel is dimly lit in communal areas. the bar was not open in the evenings although i could purchase a drink at the rooftop restaurant, it lacked atmosphere.

Check-in was efficient (a very important aspect after a long trip). The room was super clean and well kept. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, including local treats. I especially appreciated the attentive service from the breakfast staff.
The gym equipment looked a bit outdated.
