Really good Hospitality by the Bosphorus

I appreciated the central location, as all locations were easily accessible! The staff displayed excellent friendliness, especially the doormen and security personnel, I felt totally safe. The concierge offered helpful advice and assistance. Housekeeping maintained a very high standard of cleanliness and order, every corner was super clean.

The gym got a little crowded during peak hours, but it never lasted too long, it was manageable.

The location made it easy to reach many places. The staff, especially the doormen and security, were very friendly. I appreciated their help. The concierge provided excellent assistance. Housekeeping maintained a very high standard. Everything was immaculate. I loved the large, modern gym, and the pool was great. The equipment was new.

I noticed a slight stain on the carpet in the hallway. Perhaps it is just an area needing extra attention.

i found the staff so attentive and very helpful anytime i need assistance. the room was really spacious and i got the most comfortable bed. i enjoyed the bonus of the terrace with my room. the indoor pool and jacuzzi were amazing. the pool staff member was really friendly.

I noticed the toilet seat was not fitted well. It was off to one side. at checkout, reception asked for additional money for services tax. i had paid everything in advance and thought the price was set. it was not clear what other services could have been added.

my hermès handbag went missing, it is a valuable item. hotel management did investigate but gave a wholly unsatisfactory email response, they offered no compensation. i advise future guests to be cautious, the handling of this situation raised concerns about security.

I was very disappointed with the breakfast. The variety seemed limited, and I constantly had to ask the staff for items. They often forgot. This is really frustrating considering the price of the stay! Another issue was the lack of soundproofing in my room. I could clearly hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This disrupted my sleep each night.
