helpful staff rooftop terrace central location
the staff was helpful. they helped with directions. the rooftop terrace offered amazing views of the city (it was especially nice during breakfast). i appreciated the central location since i could easily walk to many attractions.
the room was a bit smaller than expected, and it was challenging to maneuver with luggage.

small room poor soundproofing
The room i got was quite small. it was supposed to be a beautiful double room balcony (i think?), but there wasn't much space to move around. also, i found that the soundproofing wasn't the best. I could hear noise from both the street and other guests. (i even used earplugs.)

I just adored this place! the staff members were genuinely kind and super helpful. the hotel arranged a bosphorus ferry cruise, and it was a fantastic value! our room was neat and well-equipped, and it had everything we needed. the location is also excellent. All major historic attractions are within walking distance.
The isolation between rooms was not great. I could hear someone snoring in the neighboring room.

the breakfast buffet offers a wide range of tasty options each morning, and they provide tea and coffee throughout the day. the 6th-floor breakfast room has a magnificent view of a famous mosque!!! the terrace is open 24/7, so i could always enjoy coffee or tea with the view.

Excellent Location and Service
prime location rooftop view friendly staff
I appreciated the really good location. It is a short distance to the Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar. The main tram lines are just around the corner. This gave easy access to the rest of the city. The rooftop cafe offered complimentary coffee and tea during the day. The terrace presented beautiful views with 24-hour access to tea and coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Mr Issa and Mr Uoger at the reception were particularly attentive. The staff's helpfulness and friendliness really stood out. The views from the terrace are amazing. I also found the breakfast tasty.
