mixed feelings about this stay

repetitive breakfast uninterested staff
the location was acceptable with easy access to public transport.
i was not happy with the breakfast options offered it was repetitive and lacked variety i ended up eating elsewhere most days. the coffee was really bad it tasted burnt and bitter. the staff also seemed uninterested in helping with tour information they promised to get back to me but never did.

The staff were helpful, especially Monia, Faruk, and Ilhami. I found quick check-in and check-out a real plus. The standard double room was cleaned daily. It was more than adequate for my needs. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to many places of interest.
The air conditioning did not work as well as I had hoped.

helpful staff suitable room local attractions
i found the staff very helpful. they quickly gave me a suitable room upon my arrival. the staff also helped me learn about local attractions near the hotel. i thought the room was clean daily.

a lovely stay, indeed

helpful staff central location super clean room chilled water
The staff was so very helpful, even at 4:30 am, i received a prepared breakfast box as i departed for the airport. i found the location quite central. It made exploring the area simple. my room was always super clean, and the refrigerator had chilled water awaiting me, a sweet little comfort. i also really liked that it's very close to many shops and restaurants.
i noticed the pool area sometimes felt a tiny bit too busy. it did not stop me from enjoying it, but it would have been nice with slightly more space to relax

The staff provided quick assistance when i needed directions to nearby attractions. they also arranged transportation to the airport. This made my travel arrangements easier. the service was reliable and very helpful, particularly when i had questions about local culture.
