the staff was friendly and helpful i especially appreciated the attentiveness at breakfast the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable i also found the location convenient with easy access to transport it made getting around quite simple

Mixed Feelings About My Stay

The room felt quite dated. It needs an update. The hot water in the shower was unreliable. It fluctuated from lukewarm to scalding unexpectedly. the concierge was not very helpful, appearing impatient and unwilling to spend much time assisting guests. These issues detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable experience.
