The location was very convenient. It was quite close to the central station. the staff were helpful and tried to assist in every way possible. breakfast offered sufficient options. my room was large and clean, providing good value.
the corridors can be noisy sometimes, so i could hear people walking past.

the check-in was seamless and efficient. the staff was wonderfully pleasant and supportive, helping with directions and recommendations. i appreciated their genuine desire to. their attentiveness greatly enhanced my experience.

the front desk was very helpful and friendly. a staff member came outside with me to explain where to park the car. the hotel is classy and well located to walk to the older part of the city. our room was large with a sofa, coffee table, toiletries, and a nice tub shower.
the restaurant was fully booked for dinner, so i had to walk 15 minutes to find another option.

The front desk staff was helpful. They answered all my questions. upon request, a coffee machine was delivered promptly to my room. the staff also spoke english very well, helpful.

the hotel's proximity to the train station made travel convenient. the lobby was beautiful, and the interior design was quite spacious. the hotel connects directly to the airport via the s-bahn line.

The bed was quite nice and i slept well. the bathroom had heated floors, a feature i appreciated. the staff were helpful. They always answered my questions. i found the hotel location near the train station convenient.
my room faced the street, so there was a lot of noise from the trolleys at night. the windows did little to block the noise. there was no air conditioning in my room. this made it hard to sleep. i also found the surrounding area a bit sketchy, especially at night.
