Rolls and bread are sourced from Brunners bakery in Fussen, sausages from Janke butcher's shop in Seeg, and mountain cheese from the alpine dairy in Weizern. Pastry chef Marco prepares cheesecakes with flavors like pina colada and plum cinnamon crumble.
