Excellent Location with Fine Views
great location mountain view friendly staff
I found the location very convenient, close to the train station and city center. The mountain views from the top floor bar were lovely. Cleanliness was perfect, and the staff showed great friendliness. I really enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the building.
There was no kettle in the room for making tea or coffee..

The top-floor bar offers 360-degree views alongside drinks and snacks, a very attractive feature. Breakfast is available each morning. It includes a wide selection of items with enough variety. The restaurant provides a very clean and well kept environment.

The room had a floor-to-ceiling window, a really great feature that added natural light. A spacious shower was included, contributing to the practical design. There was sufficient space for luggage. some shelves to place personal items.

non-functional air conditioning unclean room
The location is convenient to the train station.
The staff seemed disinterested in helping. My room's air conditioning did not function, so the room was uncomfortably hot at all times. The room also did not seem thoroughly cleaned (I am pretty sure there was some hair in the shower (not mine!)).

convenient stay near the station
helpful staff excellent location refund assistance
i found the staff helpful when my originally booked hotel canceled. i booked this hotel while on the train.. they wanted to help me get a refund from the other place. the location proved excellent, so i could drop my bags and walk to the old town.
the room lacked a phone, i had to go downstairs to report a security issue.

friendly staff really good view decorated seating
I found the staff friendly. The bar on the thirteenth floor offered really good views. I liked the ground floor area with its well-decorated seating, ideal for waiting.
The hotel lacked a kettle for making tea or coffee. There was also no refrigerator available to store food items .

station proximity soundproof room relaxing space
The location proved very convenient. i found the proximity to the station to be a real advantage. rooms were soundproofed. This feature eliminated any noise from trains. the rooftop bar, with its drink selection, was a notable highlight, offering a relaxing space.
i noted the absence of tea or coffee-making facilities in the room.
