mixed feelings about this place, i'm not sure i'd return
small roomnoise levels
The room i had was pretty small. seriously small. It was like they squeezed a bed into a closet. also, the noise levels were not good. i could hear everything from the street outside and from other guests. it made it hard to get a decent night's sleep!

The reception staff are the best. So friendly. They helped me lug my bags and happily stored them during the day,. The hotel location is also awesome as it is near the coach station. I really enjoyed my time here.
The room was a little small. It could use a bit more space to move around comfortably. the benefits were great.

the location provided easy access to nearby attractions.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could clearly hear noise from adjacent rooms. this disturbance made it hard to relax and get adequate rest. also, the provided toiletries were of very poor quality. The shampoo was thin and the soap had little to no scent.

I found the hotel's proximity to Victoria Station convenient. Bus stops were also very close. My room was compact, but it contained everything necessary. It was also quiet and the mattress had good quality. I used the luggage storage after checkout.
