great victoria location

central location walking distance room amenities

The location is amazing. victoria station is very close. buckingham palace is within walking distance. This made sightseeing very easy. the room offered tea and coffee, also an iron with an ironing board.

The air conditioning unit was subpar. It struggled on a hot day.

The hotel's location is really convenient. It is near Victoria Station. The staff at the front desk were always available and ready to help with any questions. My room included tea and coffee making facilities. This was useful.

convenient location many usb sockets helpful baggage storage

The location proved convenient, allowing effortless exploration of nearby attractions. my room had many usb sockets. I didn't need a uk power adapter for my phone. i appreciated the daily room cleanup and baggage storage on my departure day (it was very helpful!).

the air conditioning unit made slight humming noises throughout the night.

good bed nice bathroom close location weak air conditioning loud ac dirty bedsheet

the hotel is very close to victoria station. the beds were good in my room. i found the bathroom quite nice.

the air conditioning was not strong. the ac unit was also quite loud. i found hair that was not mine on the bedsheet.

really good location friendly staff tidy room hard bed subpar ac missing washcloths

The location is really really good. It is within walking distance to transport stations. The staff is helpful and friendly, and I found this admirable. The room was tidy and very clean.

The bed was hard. The ac was subpar and the room was very hot . I found no wash cloths in the bathroom. The shower door did not close properly, and water leaked onto the floor.
