The location proved convenient, allowing effortless exploration of nearby attractions. my room had many usb sockets. I didn't need a uk power adapter for my phone. i appreciated the daily room cleanup and baggage storage on my departure day (it was very helpful!).

the air conditioning unit made slight humming noises throughout the night.

the hotel is very close to victoria station. the beds were good in my room. i found the bathroom quite nice.

the air conditioning was not strong. the ac unit was also quite loud. i found hair that was not mine on the bedsheet.

The location is really really good. It is within walking distance to transport stations. The staff is helpful and friendly, and I found this admirable. The room was tidy and very clean.

The bed was hard. The ac was subpar and the room was very hot . I found no wash cloths in the bathroom. The shower door did not close properly, and water leaked onto the floor.
