the staff was very helpful and cute i found the location great since it's close to paddington station and hyde park the room was cleaned daily and the bed was made up which i appreciated after long days

i noticed some noise between the floors i could hear sounds from other rooms i feel the insulation could be improved to provide a quieter stay

the hotel has good access to several tube lines i noted the elizabeth circle district bakerloo and central lines nearby paddington station is a short walk away making travel easy

The location was excellent. It was a short walk to Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate tube station. I also found many restaurants and shops close by. The room was very clean, and I appreciated the toiletries provided. I also enjoyed having slippers in the room.

The hotel does not serve breakfast on site. I found several breakfast places nearby, but it was not quite as convenient.

The staff was helpful in giving directions! the location offered convenient access to nearby attractions. the coffee machine in the room allowed for a quick caffeine fix each morning. the shower had excellent water pressure. Though.

the room felt a bit cramped. the tv offered limited channels, though i didn't watch it much. the bathroom was tiny, and it was hard to move around in there. the noise from other rooms was noticeable at times.
