The staff was helpful and courteous. The location is great. It is close to the tube, both the Circle and Central lines. I found it very convenient (especially for getting around quickly).

The pillows were quite thin. I requested more, but I had to wait until the next day to receive them. This impacted my sleep.

The employees were always very nice. Kerrie assisted with luggage storage the day before my departure. Maria helped to book a taxi, and Suresh answered my questions at check-in.

The hotel location is near two underground stations (within 5 minutes). Notting Hill, Portobello Market, and Kensington Palace are within walking distance. There is also a street with restaurants and souvenir shops nearby.
