the location was good. it was really accessible to many locations. the room was spacious and reasonably comfortable. i found the tube station nearby and lots of places to dine.
the carpet was rather dirty. this was worse on the bed, there were hairs on a pillow case. the hairs were much longer than mine, i noticed a yellow splodge on the other pillow.

the location was VERY convenient, close to acton town station. the room was clean and spacious with all necessary amenities provided. i found the staff cute and helpful, always asking if i needed anything. i especially enjoyed the comfy bed, ensuring a restful night after a long day.
the window did not completely block out street noise.

i appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at reception. the room was spacious and featured various lighting options. i found the location convenient with good access by train. it had multiple food options nearby, and westfield was easy to reach.
the duvet and pillows are not the most comfortable. our room showed some small damages. i saw a big chip of wood missing on the desk.

The cleanliness was a definite issue. I found hairs on the pillow case, quite unpleasant. A yellow splodge was also visible. These issues made me question the overall hygiene standards, and I had to use my own pillows.

the hotel had a convenient location. bus stops were right outside (very handy!). the room included a fridge and safe. it was useful to store drinks and valuables.
