very pleasant Stay
clean room amazing view friendly staff
The room was clean. I liked the electric sockets. The view was amazing from our room. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and polite, so i appreciated it. The bar had a good range of drinks. The executive bar was a nice touch.
Breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect for the center. The gym and pool were good. Our so called executive room was not great. The towels were very threadbare.

The staff was attentive to requests. They worked regarding my room. I mentioned an item, which I had forgotten in my room. Staff did locate my item.
Facilities

The lifts all worked. The excellent lobby has a bar. The bar area is large and has a restaurant area. It is also a good place for a morning meeting.

ample space separate bath quiet balcony
The room was an executive double room. It offered ample space. i found the shower and bath separate, which i appreciated. the balcony was quiet. This was important to me.
the pillows were a bit too soft for my taste, affecting my sleep quality slightly.

breakfast included great plant based options and vegan options, something i value. the service was attentive, and the staff seemed genuinely helpful in accommodating dietary needs. overall, i found dining a very nice experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful . roksolana offered awesome support and assistance, and their kindness was notable. this great young team. That is a fact.

a river dream
great space easy access handy car park
the hotel gave me such great spaces. our room was quite spacious. we were able to access the pool easily. the car park was also very handy and , made things very simple.
the pillows use feathers and were terrible. i kept tossing all night because it was too warm. the fridge only cooled pop down as we left in the morning.

the pool had clear water. the gym has modern equipment. the breakfast area has ample seating and fresh juice options were always available, healthy start to their day.

cute staff on-site garage plentiful breakfast
The front desk staff were cute. I enjoyed the ease of parking in the on-site garage (it made arrival simple). The breakfast provided a plentiful selection of tasty foods.
The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low. (It made showering take a little longer).

samsung tv decent workout
the room included a large samsung tv. the bathroom features a shower in a bathtub, it worked perfectly for me. the staff in the gym was really good. the gym offered enough options for a decent workout.
there were no bedside plugs in the room i was in.

central position helpful staff clean hotel
the hotel is in a GREAT location. it is walking distance to the city. the staff seemed VERY helpful. the hotel was clean.
the pool felt chilly i think. the hot tub also did not work. the changing rooms were freezing.
