the hotel's proximity to the airport was a massive plus for my early morning flight. i really appreciated the quietness in my room, especially considering how close i was to the terminal. the blackout drapes worked effectively. i also found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

i found the charge for one night of parking to be unexpectedly high. the parking fee was £20. i think a lower price would improve customer relations.

trying to order dessert was a nightmare i saw two young lads walking around with their heads down it was virtually impossible to make eye contact i tried to get the team's attention to pay the bill after 15 minutes i gave up and took the bill to the girls at the hosts desk it was frustrating

The room was very close to the airport, just a short walk i loved that so much! i had a tasty dinner at the restaurant and the bed was comfortable, i really enjoyed that. the hotel's proximity to the airport made my early morning flight stress-free. That's a plus!

The check-in process felt a bit impersonal. It could have been warmer and more cute.

The hotel's proximity to the airport terminal was convenient. the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. i also appreciated the warm cookie i received upon arrival. It was a nice touch.

The air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy. It made it difficult to sleep soundly. the breakfast lacked variety. There were no cooked eggs available. the check-in desk was often unattended. I had to wait to find someone when i arrived.

The hotel is indeed near the airport. The room offered a massive television. I found the shower invigorating (just what I needed after a long day). A fridge in the room allowed me to keep my milk fresh.

The air conditioning unit was rather noisy. I would like a quieter room option in the future.
