helpful staff coffee pods dripping shower head fire alarm
The reception staff was helpful. i enjoyed the hot tub. It worked very well. coffee pods available with the coffee machine was convenient.
I found the shower head dripped. it caused a restless night. the fire alarm went off at 4:30 am. A guest in the bar caused it.

beautiful decoration delicious meal convenient breakfast
The staff provided a very cute service. The room had beautiful decoration with great comfort. The onsite restaurant offered a delicious evening meal. Breakfast the following morning featured many options, proving convenient.
The changing room lacked some privacy, needing planning for pool visits.

The hotel has a pool. It provided warm water and a pleasant experience. The gym offered treadmills, weight machines and free weights, supporting various fitness routines. I found both areas well-kept.

Acceptable, but improvements NECESSARY
undercooked steak dirty jacuzzi water
The absence of a fridge in the room was INCONVENIENT. Dinner at the Antler bar disappointed. My steak was undercooked, and the chips were strangely underdone. Service throughout the hotel was slow (which i do not appreciate), and it was often difficult to get a waiter's attention. The jacuzzi water was dirty, and I found a clump of hair floating in it. The men's changing room door was wedged open, offering little privacy.

immaculate room coffee maker ironing board
The room was immaculate (I could tell it was cleaned meticulously). The pod coffee maker in the room was a nice touch. I found an iron and ironing board ready for use.
The kettle was slightly awkward to fill, requiring the use of the bath tap.

My hideaway room was very nice. The health suite facilities were available. I plan to return after refurbishment work is completed. The staff members were friendly, offering helpful service .
