adequate but flawed

friendly stafffaulty showerimpractical carpet
the staff was friendly enough i will say.
the room i got, a 'rock house superior', was not superior at all. the shower sprayed water all over because of a bad angle. a very light grey carpet in a dog-friendly room is never a good idea, i noticed.
