the location is really convenient. it is very close to bryant park and grand central station. the subway entrance connected to the hotel hotel is a plus.

I encountered some unexpected expenses during check in. the lady at the check-in counter was not friendly. market prices inside the hotel were very high. Two bottled waters cost $16.

i noticed slight dust accumulation on the bathroom vents.

The hotel's location was definitely a highlight. I appreciated the proximity to grand central terminal, it made getting around the city simple. I didn't experience any long waits. i found the lobby spacious enough to relax after sightseeing.

I was not thrilled about the lack of a coffee maker in the room. A quick cup of coffee in the morning would have been helpful.

The hotel featured a huge lobby, i noticed many spots to relax. The lines were short, i appreciated that. the gym includes several treadmills and stationary bikes for guest use.

my king room included a large television with many channels. the room also featured a well-lit desk area, suitable for working. i had a separate seating area with a comfortable chair and a small table.
