a very mixed experience.
clogged sink outdated room
the location was good, very central.
the room was small, i found that the water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. the bathroom sink was also clogged which was annoying. no tv service was available which was a big letdown, it felt outdated.

peeling molding bathroom holes
The location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions and public transport.
I was annoyed to discover peeling floor molding and holes in the bathroom tiles. The room REALLY needed a spruce up.

excellent access friendly staff spacious room
The location provided excellent access , since Penn Station was nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly at check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable for my stay.
The hotel shows some signs of age , as the architecture is old.

dated room cold air
the location was acceptable. it was near penn station.
the room was quite dated. it needed refreshing. a lot of cold air came in through the windows. i had to keep the heating on high to compensate.

convenient location functional system luggage storage
I stayed for four nights and found the proximity to penn station very helpful. i appreciated having a functional air conditioning system. It kept the room comfortable. the hotel offered luggage storage after checkout, which allowed me to explore more before heading to the airport, and i found this very convenient.
the bathroom was quite small, and the sink area lacked sufficient counter space. this made it challenging to manage toiletries. i definitely needed more room to keep everything organized.

the fitness center includes several treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights for basic workouts. A BUSINESS center provides computers and printers, though it is accessible only during limited hours, a downside.
