The TV did not work properly despite the advertised screencast function. Only the YouTube app was functional. This was a significant inconvenience, as I was hoping to use other apps . It was quite frustrating.

my friend and i stayed two nights. we booked a double room but it wasn't quite ready when we arrived. the staff upgraded us to a superior king room with a kitchenette. there was even a balcony with views of planes landing at heathrow airport.

the hotel is across from northfields underground station. it is on the piccadilly line which goes directly into central city within 30 minutes. plenty of bus stops are nearby with frequent service.

the reception staff allowed me to check in early after my flight from the usa, i arrived with no sleep at 9am. i consider this beyond standard expectations, check-in time is typically 3pm. the staff were kind and helpful.

The room was very nice. It had a decent bathroom. a mini fridge allowed us to keep bottled water cold. we also had a balcony. It was useful. the beds were comfortable. This.

the air conditioning did not work on some very hot days. i was given a fan, but it was still a bit uncomfortable.

The continental breakfast included boiled eggs and bread. i would get breakfast at a local cafe if i stayed again. The croissants shelf was empty. fruit juices were also unavailable, and there was no cereal.

the staff were very friendly and also professional. sandeep were really good, he ensured i had a great stay. the front desk staff recognized me as a regular. they were very polite and very supportive.
